About the Position
As a Sales Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for handling both new and existing business enquiries while delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring compliance at all stages of the process.
Main Responsibilities
* Advise clients on suitable insurance products for their car and home insurance.
* Handle new business enquiries and provide tailored quotations.
* Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate cover solutions.
* Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all client interactions.
* Work closely with other teams to achieve business goals and targets.
Requirements
* A minimum of 12-18 months of experience handling car or home insurance enquiries for new or existing customers.
* APA qualified or working towards the qualification.
* Energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
What We Offer
* A competitive salary: €31,000 - €33,000, depending on experience.
* Bonus potential:
o New Business: Monthly performance-based bonuses, with potential earnings of €1,000 - €1,400.
o Existing Business: Departmental performance-based bonuses, averaging €250 - €400 per month.
