Job Title: Administrator Location: Dublin Job Type: Long-Term Temporary Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:15pm Overview We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrator to join a busy team in Dublin on a long-term temporary basis.
This role will support both Accounts and Technical departments, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of documentation in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities Record and assign weekly contractor timesheets Create, monitor, and receipt purchase orders Process contractor invoices and liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment Maintain and update training registers Generate, review and format reports and documents Manage document control systems and filing Provide administrative support to Mechanical and Electrical Senior Technical Executives and Technical Executives Carry out general administrative duties as required Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in administrative role or a similar Accounts/Finance Proven ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, document-heavy environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Fluent English with a high standard of report writing Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office What's on Offer Long-term temporary opportunity Consistent Monday to Friday working hours Opportunity to work within a structured and busy technical environment Skills: Administrative accounts attention to detail.
