We're now hiring for our new Rialto, Dublin 8 locationRole Overview:We are looking for skilled and motivated Junior Chefs / Kitchen Staff who can actively cook and work in our fast paced kitchens. You will be responsible for cooking, assembling menu items, maintaining quality standards, and keeping the kitchen organised. Full training on our menu and methods will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Cook Indian dishes according to our recipes and standardsAssist with preparation of ingredients (cutting, marination, batter prep, etc.)Operate kitchen equipment safely (tawa, fryer, grill, dosa station, etc.)Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of dishesKeep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standardsWork efficiently during busy service hoursSupport the team with general kitchen operationsRequirements:Minimum 1 year experience cooking in an Indian restaurant or kitchenAbility to handle a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitudeWillingness to learn — full training will be providedJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: €15.00-€17.50 per hourExperience:Large scale cooking: 1 year (required)Commercial kitchen : 1 year (required)Language:English (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
