As a Fund Accounting Officer, you will be involved in:
Team management – Day‑to‑day management of team members, maintenance of assigned activities, allocation and coordination of resources, and handling personnel‑related issues.
Acting as escalation point for operational issues, providing technical expertise as needed.
Relationship building – Managing and developing relationships with clients, counterparties, and other external parties.
Representing State Street to our clients.
Client focus – Consistent and active awareness of the client’s needs.
Proactively sourcing ways to improve and promote quality, displaying a commitment to excellence.
Managing client expectations and addressing their queries.
Collaborating on transformation design initiatives, system enhancements, or new requirements on behalf of the team, including the development of new product servicing such as our expanding crypto servicing offering.
Participating in new client engagements, fund initialization, and the expansion of the global operating model.
Reviewing and updating departmental operational processes to ensure controls remain effective and account for dynamic changes in client requirements, mitigating operational risk wherever possible.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
