THE ROLE:Identify and evaluate property deals, both on and off marketManaging acquisition and disposal processesLeading on financial analysis/appraisal of development projects and preparing budgetsManagement of professional advisors such as solicitors, agents, property managers, planners and architects
RequirementsIdeallyMSCSI/MRICS qualifiedExperienceof taking projects through the planning, pre -construction, construction and sales/leasingprocessProven experience of residentialand/or commercial delivery, with circa 10 years' experienceExperience of PRS ideal, but notessential
