We're seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our team in Barronstrand.
About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience through great customer service and excellent coffee. You'll have the opportunity to learn new skills in coffee excellence while letting your personality shine through.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
* Ensure a smooth day-to-day operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the store
* Monitor and maintain stock levels, controlling waste and minimizing losses
* Coach and develop team members to improve performance and achieve their full potential
Requirements:
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets
