Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
About the Project:
* Lead all commercial aspects for a major hospitality scheme.
* Manage full procurement process and subcontract packages.
* Prepare monthly valuations and cost reporting.
* Administer main contract and subcontract agreements.
* Oversight of change management and final accounts.
* Mentor junior commercial team members.
Requirements:
* 7+ years post-qualification experience with a main contractor.
* Proven track record on hospitality/residential projects €30M+ value.
* Strong working knowledge of RIAI and standard construction contracts.
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
* Excellent commercial acumen and leadership skills.
