This role offers exposure to thefull project lifecycle, from early-stage design through construction, commissioning and handover, on high-profile housing developments with long-term pipeline security.About The RoleReporting to the Construction Manager, you will support the delivery of mechanical and electrical building services on live residential projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport delivery of MEP services across multiple residential projectsLiaise with utility providers and design teamsReview building services design drawings and technical submittalsMonitor site installation, testing and commissioning worksAssist with inspections, snagging, quality control and handover documentationAttend site and design coordination meetingsSupport safety file compilation and commissioning plansWhat you need5+ years' post-qualification experience in Building Services / MEP - trade or engineering backgroundResidential project experience is essentialStrong technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systemsExperience working with contractors and multidisciplinary design teamsFull clean driving licenceWhat's on OfferSecure, long-term pipeline of residential projectsHybrid working model (office & remote)37-hour working week25 days annual leave plus additional company daysPension scheme with strong employer contributionLife assurance and income protectionStrong learning and career development opportunitiesWhat's nextIf you are an experienced Mechanical or Electrical professional looking to advance your career with a large semi state organization with a healthy pipeline of work, we would love to hear from you Please send your CV and a cover letter detailing your experience and suitability for this role to or call me on
