OT Cyber Security Senior Manager Location: Dublin (Hybrid) Type: Full-Time Salary: €110,000 - €140,000 A long-running security delivery group is expanding its operational technology capability and is adding a senior OT security leader to drive hands-on engagements across regulated industrial environments. The focus is firmly on execution: assessing live environments, shaping remediation plans, and seeing controls implemented in places where uptime, safety, and legacy systems all collide. The Role You'll lead OT security delivery from end to end: scoping assessments, directing technical work, validating findings, and guiding remediation through to completion. While there is advisory exposure, credibility here comes from delivery understanding how industrial systems behave under change, where controls break down, and how to improve security without disrupting operations. You'll balance technical leadership with client-facing responsibility, acting as the senior point of accountability across multiple OT engagements. Primary Responsibilities Lead OT security assessments across ICS, SCADA, and industrial control environments Direct delivery teams performing architecture reviews, risk assessments, and control validation Design practical remediation plans aligned with operational constraints and safety requirements Guide segmentation, monitoring, and detection strategies in industrial networks Review and validate OT security architectures and control designs Act as escalation lead on complex delivery issues or high-risk findings Support clients through regulatory and assurance-driven security improvements Mentor delivery teams and strengthen OT security execution capability Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience securing OT / ICS environments in production settings Proven background delivering complex technical security engagements Deep familiarity with OT security standards and frameworks (IEC 62443, NIS2, ISO 27001, NERC CIP) Solid understanding of industrial protocols, control system communications, and network behaviour Experience working in regulated or safety-critical environments Ability to balance cyber risk reduction with uptime, safety, and operational realities Confidently engaging with engineers, operations leaders, and senior stakeholders 5+ years of focused experience in OT or industrial cybersecurity roles Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
