Key responsibilities
1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a smooth and customer-focused environment.
2. Lead, motivate, and develop your team to meet sales goals and performance targets.
3. Track key metrics, evaluate results, and implement strategies to improve store outcomes.
4. Maintain attractive visual merchandising and ensure the store reflects brand standards.
5. Ensure all operations comply with company policies and procedures.
6. Foster strong customer relationships and manage feedback professionally.
7. Supervise stock levels, manage replenishment, and keep the store well-presented.
Skills & Experience
8. 2-4 years' experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality management.
9. Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant management role is required.
10. Effective leader with strong communication and team development skills.
11. Dedicated to excellent customer service and fostering a positive team environment.
12. Well-organised, commercially minded, and comfortable managing KPIs and budgets.
13. Flexible, proactive, and hands-on when addressing challenges.
