Sales Team Leader Job Description

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals across your region, focusing on growth, pipeline development, and excellent customer engagement. This is a field sales function within one NSC with the responsibility to develop existing and new customers and accounts to achieve the business plan for the dedicated area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Market Analysis
o Analyse the market, including competitor products and channels, to identify opportunities and risks.
* Growth Strategy
o Develop and implement a concrete growth strategy for the responsible area, including New Channel development, maximising existing channel business, entire sales operation, and organisational effectiveness.
o Set clear targets for each member of the team.
* Sales Management
o Manage the team to generate and maximise sales.
o Influence and convince decision-makers.
o Coordinate with internal support and PHVAC EU management.
* Performance Review
o Monitor and analyse sales and KPI results on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
o Review team actions and take necessary measures to set target.
* Reporting
o Report progress and status to the Country Manager and Sales Manager using agreed tools.

o Proficient understanding and knowledge in processes, technologies, products, and relevant field of expertise.

o Effective utilisation of recognised planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques.

o Excellent organisation and administration skills.
