Project Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting high HSQE standards, reviewing construction work packages, and overseeing site operations.
* Promote and uphold the highest HSQE standards on-site at all times
* Review construction work packages prior to execution to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Oversee daily site operations and supervise site teams to achieve project objectives
* Identify and advise on commercial risks and opportunities to maximise project value
* Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless project execution
* Manage accurate site documentation and records to support project planning and decision-making
* Support project planning, design input, and stakeholder engagement to achieve project goals
* Keep senior management informed on project progress and challenges to ensure timely intervention and resolution
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar Project Management role
* Background in civil engineering or water infrastructure projects
* Valid and current health & safety training certifications
* Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
* Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel within the Southeast
