Duty Manager - 4* HotelThe Duty Manager position at this superior 4* property is very hands-on and requires strong organisational skills, exceptional guest service, and technical ability during busy hotel operations.
As Duty Manager, you will lead by example and uphold the high standards expected in this property.
Working alongside the Operations Management and all Heads of Department, you will operate on a shift basis, covering various patterns.
Shifts include early mornings and late nights, ending around 1am.
The role involves working on weekends and across different hotel departments.
The Duty Manager will be a key contact at the hotel, ensuring all service areas are facilitated and operate to very high standards with a hands-on approach.
The Duty Manager will oversee the compliance and security of the building in conjunction with the Operations and General Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in 4* hotel operations, preferably with experience in Food & Beverage management or as an Assistant Manager in a busy hotel department.
A friendly and approachable personality is essential, along with excellent guest service skills, fluent English, and a high standard of personal presentation.
