The Village Inn, Finglas are recruiting for an Experienced General Manager with at Least 3 years experience in an Irish based pub.
Are you hard working, Honest, Reliable, Ambitious with a flair for excellent customer service and able to handle a large team ? Do you have experience in running a busy pub with a good food offering ? If so we want to hear from you.
The Ideal candidate will have the following,
At Least 3 years experience running a busy pub based in Ireland.
Be well presented and be able to work well under pressure
Be experienced in running the business within budget
Have a good knowledge of health and safety
Have a pleasant presentation and be committed to providing excellent customer service
Have a good knowledge of cocktails and food service
Be experienced in dealing with all aspects of running a pub
What we will require from you
You will lead and manage all aspects of running the pub both back and front of house
You will ensure the highest standards and food and drink availability and presentation
You will hire and train the team and deal with daily, weekly issues that may arise
Maintain compliance with all aspects of health and safety
You will plan and implement ideas to increase turnover and profitability
Run the pub in a professional and clean manner
You will deal with day to day issues in a professional and timely manner
