We're looking for an experienced
ERP Change Manager
to play a key role in a large-scale
D365 F&O
implementation programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and deliver the
end-to-end change management strategy
for the D365 F&O programme
* Conduct
change impact assessments
across business units and functions
* Develop and execute
stakeholder engagement and communication plans
* Partner with functional and project teams to ensure
business readiness
at each phase
* Support the design and delivery of
training and adoption activities
* Identify change risks and resistance, and implement mitigation strategies
* Track and report on
change adoption metrics
and user readiness
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a
Change Manager on large ERP implementations
(D365 preferred, SAP/Oracle also considered)
* Strong understanding of
business process change
across Finance and/or Operations
* Experience working in
complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programmes
* Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and business leaders
* Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g.
Prosci, ADKAR, or similar
)
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Location & Working Model
This is a
hybrid role
, with
2–3 days per week onsite
in either
Limerick or Dublin
(depending on your location), and the remainder remote.
