As we get ready to open our doors, we're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Chef to join our team and help shape the heart of our kitchen.
The Role
As Pizza Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality pizzas to our customers.
You'll bring both speed and creativity to the role, ensuring every pizza that leaves the kitchen is top-class.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare fresh dough, sauces, and toppings daily.
Cook pizzas using traditional methods (wood-fired/stone ).
Maintain consistency, taste, and quality across all menu items.
Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organised, following food safety standards.
Assist in menu development, specials, and new ideas.
Work as part of a small, supportive team to deliver a great customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a pizza chef, line cook, or similar kitchen role (wood-fired experience a bonus).
Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques, dough handling, and cooking temperatures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.
