Site Management Position
The selected candidate will oversee the management of a construction project site, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established project programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish effective communication channels with clients and subcontractors through regular meetings.
* Coordinate the site team, providing guidance and support to ensure overall site efficiency.
* Maintain quality, environmental, and health & safety standards throughout the project.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in construction or a related field, with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also required, along with valid site cards and a full driving licence.
