Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Contact Center Agent to join the
Customer Support Team
in Dublin. You will be part of a dynamic Contact Center, supporting a growing global customer base. The role involves delivering best-in-class support to ensure a positive customer experience while handling queries, logging cases, and providing initial problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
* Professionally handle inbound calls from customers and partners.
* Log cases in
NowSupport
, ensuring accurate and detailed information is recorded to assist Subject Matter Expert (SME) teams.
* Guide new customers and partners on how to log their own cases in NowSupport.
* Assign cases in NowSupport to the appropriate SME team for resolution.
* Provide
initial triage support
—responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supplying product information via phone, email, or case logging.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all customer interactions.
Required Skills & Competencies:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
* Strong questioning and listening skills to understand customer issues clearly.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role (preferred but not essential).
