Key Responsibilities
* Prepare food in a busy café (sandwiches, paninis, hot food)
* Prepare and serve coffee, teas, and other beverages
* Take customer orders, process payments, and manage the till
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all areas, including coffee machines, counters, and seating areas
* Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory control and ordering supplies
* Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
* Support other team members and adapt to different tasks as needed
Qualifications, Experience, & Competencies
* Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role
* Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment
* Team player who values integrity and respect
* Good communication skills
