Contract Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and managing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare legal and commercial assumptions in tender bids
* Negotiate contract terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Monitor contracts to ensure work is done within specification and contracted terms
* Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with contracts
* Draft and negotiate contract documents
Requirements:
* Proven experience (5+ years) in contract management, legal, or commercial roles
* Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and compliance standards
* Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
* Ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders simultaneously
