Groundworks General Foreman – Cambridgeshire area.
In this role you will supervise several gangs and support Site Managers on various civils sites within the water industry. Experience in the water industry and/or heavy civils infrastructure is essential. You will lead teams in concreting, deep drainage, and pipe laying, ensuring high standards of health & safety.
Candidate Specification
* Experience managing gangs on civils projects within the water industry (e.g., water treatment sites or reservoirs)
* Positive attitude with a commitment to high health & safety standards
* Current CSCS, CPCS or NPORS certification
* SSSTS / SMSTS diploma
* Full UK driving licence
* Confidence in IT skills
* Experience in budgeting and forecasting
* Experience creating risk and method statements
* Experience conducting daily briefings, site inductions, method statement roll‑outs and progress meetings
* Knowledge of permits to work
