Galway-based company is seeking a German or Norwegian speaker to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. This includes delivering first-line troubleshooting for customer issues across the assigned product range by diagnosing problems and asking targeted questions to reach resolution. Additionally, accurate documentation of all customer interactions, complaints, and inquiries in line with company procedures is required.
The successful candidate will also communicate investigation results to customers via clear, well-structured written reports and phone conversations. They will resolve issues within agreed timelines, meeting key performance indicators for both individual and team targets. Furthermore, they will identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in any medical/clinical setting or a customer-facing customer support role
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences while managing technical complaints
* Fluency in German or Norwegian is essential
