Main duties Work as part of an integrated transport planning team Ensure company guidelines and quality service are always maintained Liaising with clients, sub-contractors, overseas offices, and agents Responsible for communicating with customers and understanding customer requirements Co-ordinate in the planning process for both the domestic and export distribution. Requirements Minimum of 5 years transport planning experience (within a Haulage Company) Excellent communication skills Excellent Planning and organisational skills Good knowledge of road network within Ireland and UK Self-motivated and ambitious and enjoy working in a busy environment Computer literate (Excel / Word etc.) Hours of Operation Monday to Friday (shift) 8am to 5pm / 10am to 7pm Job Type: Permanent Pay: €50,000.00 per year Location - Dublin 12 Skills: Transport planning Route Planning Vehicle tracking transport logistics coordinator Benefits: Annual leave sick leave
