Site Manager A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a major civil infrastructure project in North Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role suits a motivated and organised Site Manager with proven leadership experience in civil engineering.
Role: Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate all on-site activities.
Supervise and support engineering and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure all works are carried out safely and in compliance with company policies and Health & Safety regulations.
Interpret drawings, specifications, and project plans to guide construction activities.
Monitor progress against programme and report regularly to senior management.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the clients representatives.
Oversee quality assurance, inspections, and documentation.
Maintain accurate site records and contribute to project reporting and handover documentation.
Promote a strong safety and performance culture across the site team.
Requirements: Degree / HND or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Site Manager on civil or infrastructure projects.
Strong technical and leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent organisational and planning abilities with strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Valid Safe Pass / CSR Card and full clean driving licence.
Flexibility to commute or work away on a project-by-project basis.
Legal right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
Package: Salary €70k€80k.
Vehicle and fuel card provided.
