Maintain a thorough understanding of the business, including key metrics, sales strategies, and competitor analysis.
Implement effective merchandising and presentation techniques to ensure a premium brand image.
Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail management role overseeing 10+ staff.

Confident decision-maker with sharp analytical and organisational skills.
A proactive and positive approach to team management and brand representation.
