Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Site Safety Manager to oversee compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure a proactive approach to risk management
* Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures to minimize workplace accidents and incidents
* Investigate and analyze accident, incident, and near-miss reports to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
* Collaborate with site managers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless communication and adherence to industry standards
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Level 7 Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety
* At least 3 years of experience in construction work, including knowledge of construction methods, site management, and construction design process
* A valid driving license and current SafePass Card
