Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solution Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for managing the market success of Service Now's Technology Workflows products.
The Role
You will build relationships with clients, achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas for an assigned product line and territory, drive sales opportunities and business relationships over the telephone with influential contacts within Commercial Accounts. You will also focus on understanding an organization's plans and how Service Now solutions map to these, manage and nurture accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and guide additional revenue streams.
