Senior Marketer - Marketing Manager role at PlanNet21 Communications Ltd
Overview
As PlanNet21 Communications, now a part of the Conscia group, we are seeking a dynamic and results orientated Senior Marketer/Marketing Manager to manage our local country marketing strategy and also work with the Conscia Group marketing team across Europe. The ideal candidate will have senior experience with re-branding after an exciting acquisition and an understanding in of business-to-business (B2B) marketing strategy with a focus on creating and executing effective marketing strategies to drive lead generation and revenue growth. You will work in a technology environment, so knowledge of the tech sector, specifically networking, Cyber Security, and voice communications is a definite advantage here.
This job is suitable for a Senior Marketer, where there is ample opportunity to refine your marketing skills in a dynamic, technological environment. This role can also be considered on a contractor basis for the right individual, though we are ideally looking to engage this role on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Support local business growth through planning and execution of local marketing activities and One-Conscia marketing initiatives.
* Drive sales and marketing collaboration.
* Drive and execute local marketing plan, including vendor-sponsored campaigns and event management.
* Ensure local brand alignment with Conscia brand.
* Localize Conscia Group marketing initiatives and integrate them into local marketing plan.
* Work with Conscia Group marketing resources to ensure operational efficiency, deploy always-on campaigns and leverage all relevant marketing channels.
* Create & lead generation programs to acquire new business customers.
* Create compelling and relevant B2B content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations.
* Collaborate with the Sales Director to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all materials.
* Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to target key B2B segments.
* Work with our technology partners on joint campaigns to an agreed set of objectives.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and adjust strategies to optimise results.
* Collaborate with the sales team & Director to develop marketing collateral and tools that support the sales process.
Digital Marketing
* Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and other online channels.
* Monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
Analytics And Reporting
* Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
* Provide regular reports to local (County) stakeholders highlighting key metrics and insights.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Senior experience in B2B marketing, with a track record of successful revenue growth.
* Good understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.
* Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
* Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Preferred Skills
* Experience leading Marketing with B2B SaaS or technology services.
* Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
* Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
