OverviewOur client is looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end project planning and execution for the separation or transition of business entities. The scope includes IT systems, applications, infrastructure, and end-user environments required to enable independent operations.LTD/ Daily Rate Contract RoleCork based, 2-3 days a week onsiteResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed end-to-end project plans for entity separation initiativesPlan and coordinate application transitions, system migrations, network and connectivity changes, and end-user readiness activitiesPartner with cross-functional workstream leads to align milestones, dependencies, and deliverables into a single integrated planCollaborate with business and technology teams to build comprehensive timelines, identify interdependencies, and manage critical pathsLead governance and stakeholder meetings, including steering committees and regular status reviewsFacilitate daily or regular coordination meetings to track progress and resolve issuesPerform dependency, risk, and impact analysis to optimize timelines, costs, and program-level objectivesMaintain detailed project plans and documentation using standard project management toolsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience5+ years of experience managing large, complex IT projects with multiple workstreams and dependenciesStrong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with distributed, cross-functional, and multi-location teamsDemonstrated ability to lead teams and drive execution in ambiguous or changing environmentsExperience supporting corporate separations, divestitures, carve-outs, or large-scale transformationsFamiliarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery approaches and common project management toolsProven experience delivering end-to-end IT initiativesSkills: Consulting, Healthcare, Project Management, stakeholder management
