Role Profile
This role will be based in Glenville, Co.
Cork and it will report to the Area Manager.
However the successful candidate will be required to provide cover across all our branches in the Castlelyons Area (Glenville, Tallow, and Castlelyons).
The responsibilities of this role will extend to counter sales and covering the yard and other ad-hoc requests from the relevant manager on the day.
Key Responsibilities
Be customer focused by providing top quality, fast, efficient and friendly service at all times
Build trusting relationships with our customers and provide excellent service and advice
Keen interest in and understanding of our product range and services
Ensure that the shop, yard and work environment are clean and well maintained at all times
Be able to work in the shop and store yard as and when needed
Key Requirements
A friendly outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills and ambition to deliver beyond customers' expectation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent teamwork skills as well ability to work on own initiative
Ability to multitask and to consistently deliver high standard quality work in a busy environment
Desired Skills
A person with an agricultural or farming background is desirable
A forklift licence is desirable
