What You'll Do on a Typical Day:
Efficiently sort, handle, load, and unload freight using sit‑down forklifts, reach trucks, and other powered industrial material handling equipment. Receive, distribute, and store products in designated, secure locations using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Secure freight inside trailers with appropriate tools and supplies. Use mobile handheld devices to scan and track shipments, and adjust inventory using WMS. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed. Follow safety guidelines and regulations set by OSHA and conduct routine safety inspections of forklifts and other equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Second Shift - Monday thru Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Requirements:
To be at least 18 years of age
Proficiency in basic math, arithmetic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized and with attention to detail
Must be able to reach, push/pull, and lift heavy objects, and stand/walk for long periods
