Quality Analyst
The Quality Analyst will provide support enabling Operations delivery against the agreed standards and business requirements. The Quality Analyst will also drive the required knowledge, skills and attitude of Reps to achieve agreed Quality SLA’s.
Join our team as a Quality Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in driving performance, coaching teams, and ensuring top-quality service delivery.
What you’ll do
* Monitor, evaluate & coach reps to meet quality standards
* Partner with Team Leads & Managers to boost results
* Analyse data, spot trends & recommend improvements
* Support process development & policy alignment
What we’re looking for
* Bachelor’s degree + experience in Content Moderation / Trust & Safety / QA (social media preferred)
* Excellent communication, coaching & problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Excel & data analysis
* Flexible, proactive & adaptable to change
