This is a role where you will genuinely get involved in the day-to-day work and output of a busy client focused environment.What you'll do..Assist with maintenance of Quality Systems Manual to BRC Version 9 standard and help ensuring site achieves certification.Assist with site audits or visits from certifications bodies, regulatory/government bodies or customers.NCR management - issuing NCRs to suppliers for material, supply chain and quality issues.Completion of customer issued Non-Conformance or complaints with full investigations detailing root cause and corrective actions.Issuing COAs, outgoing warrants and customs paperwork on dispatchesAssist with line issues that may arise in liaison with Maintenance & production teamsCompletion of customer requests, questionnaires, specifications as requiredAssist with Pest Control and liaison with Pest Control ContractorInternal Auditing- maintenance of Internal Audit schedule and conduct regular audits of all site areas according to schedule.Maintenance of GMP audits and schedule and management of WGLL standardsReceipt of spirit warrants and review of spirit processingEnsuring all spirit specifications are available and issuing customer paperwork to Vatting teamCompletion of trace and mock recall exercisesMaintenance of micro and chemical samplingReconciliation of spirit intakes vs bottling and subsequent input onto customer databasesMember of site Sensory PanelTrending of Quality performances at end of lineCompletion of KPI reports for customersConsumables orderingQC and Lab cover as requiredOther duties as directed by your managerYou'll have..Third level qualification in science, or Food ScienceMinimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in a food manufacturing facility, required.BRC experience and HACCP training is an advantageExcellent attention to detail skills in relation to quality, traceability and labelingStrong organisational, planning, time management, project management, and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication and ability to work on own initiative.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.We Offer..Competitive SalaryPensionHealth InsuranceEducational Support ProgrammeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeGenerous Refer a Friend BonusOn-site ParkingOn-site Kitchen FacilitiesBike to WorkWellness EventsSocial Events throughout the year
