Job Opportunity:
* Lead and manage a team of skilled nurses, ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care.
* Develop and implement nursing strategies to uphold high-quality patient care standards.
* Provide guidance and support to staff members, helping them achieve their performance objectives.
* Monitor and evaluate resident care outcomes, identifying areas for improvement.
* Optimize staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing operational costs.
* Supervise training initiatives for new nursing professionals and facilitate ongoing professional development for existing staff.

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred)
* Qualification in Management
* Active NMBI Registration
* Minimum 3 years of experience within last 5 years, in a leadership role in a Nursing home setting
* Strong understanding of nursing practices, HIQA regulations, and industry trends
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Experience managing resources effectively
* Exceptional Leadership qualities
