You'll set the standards, guide best practices, and ensure compliance with national regulations while fostering a culture of excellence and compassion across our network.Location: Wexford Town office (with occasional travel across Ireland)Key ResponsibilitiesGovernance & ComplianceDevelop and implement a governance framework for social care services aligned with legal standards and HIQA regulations.Establish and maintain organisational policies and procedures that uphold the highest standards of care.Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across all franchise locations.Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance through regular audits and reporting.Leadership & People DevelopmentSupport franchisees in recruiting, training, and developing skilled social care teams.Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure best practice and professional ethics are embedded throughout the organisation.Lead by example in promoting core social care values and national standards.Address underperformance constructively while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.Risk Management & Quality AssuranceChampion a proactive approach to risk management and maintain a comprehensive risk register.Conduct internal audits and ensure timely implementation of recommendations.Drive quality assurance initiatives to meet and exceed HIQA standards.Strategic Growth & Capacity BuildingBuild strong partnerships with communities, carers, and service users to enhance engagement and outcomes.Identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation to meet evolving needs.Role RequirementsMinimum CORU-approved Level 8 qualification in Social Care or higher.Proven managerial experience in a social care setting.Strong leadership, governance, and compliance knowledge; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Full, clean driver's licence and access to a vehicle (travel required).Why Join Kare Plus Ireland?Be part of a growing organisation committed to excellence in care.Lead a national initiative that will shape the future of social care services.Enjoy a supportive, values-driven culture with opportunities for professional growth.Ready to make a difference?
