The opportunity
The Graduate Role in Operations, Risk, Compliance and Resilience is designed for people interested in contributing to better outcomes for our clients' operational processes and digital systems.
As a Graduate Operations Risk & Resilience Consultant at Arup, you will
Support the delivery of effective compliance and risk management programmes toidentify,manageand mitigate business and digital related risk
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements including ISO standards such as ISO *****, EU Directives such as NIS2 and Data Privacy regulations such as GDPR.
Support technical and operational resilience, including business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
Participate in implementing governance programmes, including risk management and data security.
Prepare reports,maintainregistersand carry out risk and compliance assessments.
Conduct research in areas such as information security and data protection.
Support project delivery.
Work on projects toidentify,reviewand mitigate operational, regulatory, and technological domains.

Basic understanding of ISO standards,Data PrivacyandDigitalregulatory requirements.
Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
Preferable to have an operational and/or security-related certification
Adaptability and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
Ability to engage with clients and partners in developing project requirements.
