We are currently recruiting a Part-Time Term-Time Manager to join our service in Carbury NS for the 2026/2027 school term.

About The Role
Our Afterschool programme provides a safe, welcoming, and engaging home-from-home environment where children can relax, complete their homework, and take part in a wide range of fun and enriching activities at the end of the school day.
As a Centre Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operation of the service, supporting your team, and ensuring children receive the highest standard of care in a positive and inclusive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing the day-to-day operation of the Afterschool service, including administration and record keeping
Organising weekly programmes and activities in line with company guidelines
Leading, supporting, and motivating team members to deliver a high-quality service
Delegating responsibilities and ensuring staff are fully informed of weekly plans and expectations
Supporting children's social, emotional, physical, and creative development
Building positive relationships with children, families, school staff, and colleagues
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all children
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 3 years' professional experience working with children
Previous management or supervisory experience in a childcare, educational, or related setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience supporting, training, or mentoring team members
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A relevant childcare or teaching qualification is desirable
Fluent spoken and written English
Willingness to complete Garda Vetting and reference checks
