Job Description:
As a proactive and enthusiastic HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Human Resources team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the International Secondee Programme and all Secondment Programmes in partnership with the HR Business Partners.
* Work with our Talent Team on various matters, including WIP Administration, Setting up interviews, Initial Market Mapping for review purposes, Updating of Talent libraries.
* Achieve timely delivery of Performance Management project planning including communication plans. Ensure seamless execution by running reports and updating administrative input efficiently.
