About Your New Employer:
A leading Pizza Brand with over 1,000 Retail outlets across the UK and Ireland is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join their team in Drogheda, Co. Louth.
About Your New Role:
* People Management: Oversee daily store operations and lead a team of staff members.
* Mentoring and Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
* Rota Management: Create and manage effective rotas to ensure optimal staffing levels.
* Cash Handling Procedures: Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and resolve any discrepancies.
* Stock Management: Monitor and control stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
* Deliver Outstanding Quality, Service and Store Profitability: Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store profitability.
* Customer Services: Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Branding and Advertising: Implement brand standards and maintain a high level of visual merchandising.
* Reporting and Metrics: Analyze sales data and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
* Logistics: Ensure efficient logistics and inventory control processes are in place.
* Internal Staff Meetings: Lead regular meetings with staff to discuss store performance, address concerns and set goals.
What Skills You Need for this Role:
* Fundamental written and spoken English skills.
* A relevant food qualification or degree is highly advantageous.
* Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in hospitality, food or retail.
* Experience in opening and closing stores.
* Supervising staff and managing teams.
* Operations and reporting experience.
* Costings and budgeting experience.
* Must be living within commutable distance to Drogheda.
* Hold an up-to-date EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
