CBE are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Call Centre Receptionist to join our busy team in Claremorris.
What you'll do
:
• Answer and direct incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Greet visitors and manage reception duties.
• Record and log calls accurately.
• Provide administrative support to the wider team.
What we're looking for:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic IT systems.
• Experience in a reception, call centre, or customer service role is an advantage.
