We are now seeking an experienced, commercially driven Sales Executive to take full ownership of and drive the growth of our dry goods division — a key strategic priority for the business.
This role is field-based and focused on developing, expanding, and scaling a product category, not simply maintaining sales.
The Opportunity – Build & Grow a Category
Our fresh produce business is strong and established. The next phase of our growth is the expansion of our dry goods range, and this role will lead that on the ground.
You will be responsible for:
Driving new product growth within the dry goods category
Introducing and expanding new product lines across existing customers
Identifying gaps in the market and building sales around new offerings
Winning new business with a strong focus on increasing product penetration
Taking a proactive, hands‑on approach to growing revenue from the ground up
This is a growth‑focused role requiring initiative, ownership, and a strong commercial mindset.
Experience Required (Essential)
Proven experience in sales within foodservice, wholesale, or FMCG
Demonstrated ability to grow sales and introduce new products into accounts
Strong track record of developing customer relationships and increasing spend
Experience working in a field‑based, target‑driven environment
