Job Summary
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a strong and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, provide support for direct hiring, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners.
* Performance Management: Drive performance management, offer practical support to line managers, and ensure constructive feedback is provided.
* Employee Relations: Provide guidance on grievance and disciplinary matters, helping teams navigate challenges with fairness and clarity.
* Benefits & Vendor Coordination: Manage employee benefit programs in collaboration with external partners, ensuring offerings are competitive and well-communicated.
* Culture & Engagement: Help bring company values to life through engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and cultural workshops.
* HR Metrics & Reporting: Deliver clear and actionable HR data, covering engagement, absenteeism, turnover, and more.
* Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering insights on employee relations and organisational culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We require proven HR experience (3–5 years minimum), ideally within a manufacturing or operational environment. A third-level degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, or a related discipline is essential. Excellent knowledge of Irish employment legislation is necessary.
