We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Operations Manager to join our team at the prestigious Forbes 5-star resort property. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Spa and Wellness in the operational running of the spa and salon experience.

1. Ensuring exceptional guest service delivery in accordance with 5-star standards;

2. Managing our people and performance to a 5-star standard;
\
3. Focusing on team development and training;
\
4. Managing sales, budgets, and marketing strategies;
\
5. Maintaining efficient communications.
\ \
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the spa and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

6. To ensure the team provides each guest with the highest levels of personal care and attention in accordance with 5-star expectations.
\
7. To initiate 'little touches' - going beyond meeting guest expectations and in all instances exceeding them.
\
8. To comply with Red Carnation Top 12 Service Standards, terms and conditions of employment, and operational practices and procedures.
\
9. To interview and hire employees with the appropriate skills to meet the business needs of the operation.
