Located beside FLX Pilates, the space brings together speciality coffee, fresh food, smoothies, and elixirs in a calm, modern environment. Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Baristas to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, food, and customer experience, and take pride in delivering consistent quality in every cup.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, matcha, smoothies, and other drinks to café standards.
* Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner and create a welcoming atmosphere.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and café area.
* Assist with daily café operations including opening, closing, and stock management.
* Support food preparation and presentation for light dishes, bakes, and grab-and-go items.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
* Work as part of a team to deliver excellent service during busy periods.
Requirements
* Previous barista or café experience preferred, but training will be provided.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for coffee, food, and customer service.
* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
* Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude.
* Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as needed.
