Senior Director Regional Marketing
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director Regional Marketing to lead our regional marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our regional marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across country marketing teams and global brand leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree; preference for a scientific or medical background
* 10+ years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience, including 2+ years in people leadership
* Demonstrated success hiring, developing, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams
* Strong experience managing agencies and external partners
