We are hiring anOffice Administratoron a 6 month fixed term contract for our client, a local educational facility based in Kildare.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and customer service experience and will be highly organised and have strong communication skills.
Details: Salary - €30,000+ DOE Monday to Friday, FULLY ONSITE Contract role 6 months Responsibilities: Coordinating the loaning process for educational resources, ensuring materials are tracked and returned on time Managing competition administration, including registrations, communications, and logistics Keeping accurate records and maintaining databases for both resource lending and competition entries Liaising with teachers, students, and external organisations to provide excellent support Preparing reports and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Requirements: 1-2 years experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL Strong organisational and administrative skills with great attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management A proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Shreya Thornton or call Osborne on .
