Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Support Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract in Dublin.
Main Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and diagnose customer technical issues and provide efficient resolutions.
* Update and manage the Service Desk management console to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Provide timely turnaround times for customer Service Requests and Incident Reports.
* Support colleagues through documentation, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
* Undertake ad-hoc tasks as directed by senior management.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working in an ICT helpdesk support role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange/Outlook with strong knowledge of its features and functionality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Android (Mobile) OS devices, including troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
* Familiarity with Omnissa Workspace One UEM or a similar MDM solution.
