Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of health and safety systems, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Health and Safety Management: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of health and safety management systems, including ISO 40001 and 50001.
* Statutory Compliance: Support the Environmental and Health and Safety Manager in ensuring compliance with Irish and EU health and safety legal requirements.
* Risk Assessment: Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of work areas, operations, and systems, monitoring and supporting corrective and preventative actions nationally.
* Training and Development: Coordinate and support delivery of health and safety training, compiling accident and investigation reports, and providing advice and guidance on health and safety matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Experience in Risk Assessment: A strong understanding of Irish and EU health and safety legal requirements.
* Competent Auditor: Competency in auditing and training experience.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in delivering training and interacting with internal stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving Skills: A self-starter with a proven ability to work on your own initiative, with problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
