Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer calls and emails. Process client renewals and mid-term adjustments. Outbound contact to customers to secure renewals. What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years' personal lines insurance experience. APA. Knowledge of Applied Relay is an advantage. Strong organisational and planning skills.
