Job Title: Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to oversee the execution of a Data Centre project in Finland. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently.
* Responsibilities:
1. Oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages, support the CSA team (supervisors, engineers, package managers), and foster a strong culture of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental practices.
2. Plan and monitor procurement, design, and installation activities, develop CSA delivery strategies, support creation of sub-contract scopes, and manage site operations, schedules, and sub-contractor activities.
3. Ensure strict Quality Assurance/Control in partnership with QA/QC teams, review client design for standards compliance, and maintain all documentation.
4. Liaise with design teams to align information flow with the construction schedule, chair weekly meetings with CSA suppliers, and attend essential project reviews and coordination meetings.
5. Manage project close-out items (Punch List, Safety/QA files), submit daily/weekly reports to project management, support commercial change management, and review all MEP-related builders works for integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant Engineering or Construction discipline qualification.
* 6 years+ experience in a similar role.
* Strong background in delivering CSA work packages.
* Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
* Excellent leadership skills - Ability to delegate, prioritise workloads, run productive meetings and be a role model for others.
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
* IT Skills Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
